    List of Ingredients

    2+1/2 Cups Milk
    2 Eggs
    1+1/4 Cup Flour
    1/2 Teaspoon Salt
    1 Tablespoon Sugar
    1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
    2 Tablespoons Butter,(melted)
    Butter for frying

    Recipe

    METHOD:
Mix dry ingredients first. Add milk, and butter. Beat together, until blended. Preheat large frying pan to med-high heat. I use two non-sticks at once, just to get cooking faster. Melt a little butter in pans. Add about 1/3 cup batter to each pan, and tip pan around, to spread batter evenly around. It should be about the size of a dinner plate. Flip carefully, when top looks bubbly. Keep on next side for about 30-45 seconds. Remove to plate, warming in oven @ 200 degrees F.
To serve, roll up loosely, about 3 to a plate. Lightly spread some butter, drench in syrup, or fruit sauce.(Blueberry or Strawberry). Whipped cream may also be used.
    Enjoy!

note: This recipe may be easily doubled, or tripled.
