    BLUEBERRY TORTE

    List of Ingredients

    2 Cups Graham Wafer Crumbs
    1/3 Cup White Sugar
    1/2 Cup Butter (melted)

    3 Beaten Eggs
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    2 Pkg's Cream Cheese(softened)

    4 Cups fresh, or frozen, Blueberries
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    1/2 Cup Water
    1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

    3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
    1/4 Cup Water

    Recipe

    Method:
    To make crust, combine first 3 ingredients.Pat into a 9x13 pan.To make filling, combine eggs, sugar, and cheese. Beat for 2 minutes, or until smooth. Spread on top of crust. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Cool. To make the topping, heat together the fruit, sugar,water, and vanilla. Bring to a boil. Combine the cornstarch, and water. Add to the saucepan. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Cool. Spread over cooled base. Chill and serve. Add a dollop of whipped topping, if desired.
