12 ounces orange juice
2/3 cup frozen nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup peaches
1 whole banana
1/2 cup crushed ice
Recipe
Pour orange juice in blender. Add the frozen yogurt, peaches, banana and ice. Blend until smooth with a thick consistency. Makes two servings.
