2 medium fresh peaches -- peel, pit, quarter
1 medium nectarine -- pit, quarter
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1 small kiwi fruit -- peeled
Recipe
Place all ingredients in a blender. Process on high until creamy, about 1 minute. Serve immediately in chilled glasses. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs. 2 servings @ 151 calories, 0.8 gr. fat, 4.9 gr. fiber.
