List of Ingredients
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt with aspartame sweetener
1 cup crushed ice
1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon honey
2 packets sugar substitute or equivalent of 4 teaspoons sugar Recipe
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender; process until smooth. Scrape down sides as needed. Serve immediately.
