6 Bisquits; 1.5 Points per bisquit
List of Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 6-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
Stir ingredients together (do not overstir) and divide evenly between 6 muffin cups. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
