List of Ingredients
1 cup yellow corn meal
1/2 cup egg beaters
1 cup 2% milk
1/2 teaspoon soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 15 oz can cream style corn
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 oz of cooked ground beef - drain well
8 oz of 2% grated cheddar & monterey jack cheese
Jalapeno pepper finely chopped (to taste)
Recipe
Mix all together, spray a 9 x 13 dish with Pam, bake at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes.
