    10 Servings ( 1 cup ); 7 Points per serving

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    26-oz. spaghetti sauce, Healthy Choice
    12-oz. 2% cottage cheese
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    1 egg
    12-oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
    12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

    Brown meat and onion in skillet. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 5 minutes. I add a little water to it. In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, Parmesan, and all but 1/2 cup of Mozzarella. Mix thoroughly. Spray crockpot dish with Pam olive oil or garlic spray. Spoon a layer of sauce, 2 layers of noodles, and a layer of cheese. Repeat the layers, but end with the sauce on top. Here again, I added a little more water, not too much. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for about 3 hours. Actually mine was done in about 4 1/2 hours. I let it stand a few minutes before serving.
