    8 Servings ( 3/4 Cup ); 3 Points per serving

    List of Ingredients

    1 (4-serving) package Jell-o sugar-free fat-free instant vanilla pudding
    2/3 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk
    1 cup water
    1 cups Dannon plain fat-free yogurt
    1 cup Cool Whip Free
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 cups (4 small) cored, peeled, chopped apples
    2 (2.07-ounce) Snickers candy bars, cut into bite size pieces
    1 cup (1 medium) diced banana


    In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, and water. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in yogurt, Cool Whip Free, and vanilla extract. Add apples and candy bar pieces. Mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Just before serving, gently stir in diced banana.

    Each serving: 151 calories, 3 g fat, 5 g protein, 26 g calcium, 264 mg sodium, 146 mg. Cholesterol, 1 g fiber. Diabetic Exchanges: FFM, Fr, ST
