    List of Ingredients




    - 1 small onion, chopped
    - 2 cups cooked shrimp
    - 1 teaspoon curry powder
    - 10-3/4 ounce can 98% fat-free
    lower-sodium cream of mushroom soup
    - 1 cup fat-free sour cream

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except sour cream in
    slow cooker. Cover. Cook on Low 4-6 hours.

    Ten minutes before serving, stir in sour cream. Serve over brown
    rice or puff pastry (not included in nutritional information).
