    List of Ingredients

    1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, thawed and drained
    1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
    6 radishes, thinly sliced
    2 scallions, sliced
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    1-1/2 tsp. sugar


    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Chill. Servings 2
