    4 Servings ( 1 cup ); 8 Points per serving

    List of Ingredients

    1 12-ounce can evaporated skim milk
    1/2 teaspoon dried dill, crushed
    4 ounces (1 cup) fat-reduced sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 cups instant rice, uncooked
    2 6-ounce cans tuna in water, undrained
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)


    Combine mile and dill weed in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-low heat. Add cheese and cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted. Stir in rice, tuna, and optional parsley. Cover and remove from heat. Allow to stand 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir before serving.

    Serve with steamed broccoli (0 points) for a very complete, high-protein meal!
