    4 Servings; 6 Points per serving

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup mushrooms sliced
    2 tablespoon onion chopped
    2 tablespoon celery -- thinly sliced
    2 tablespoon Imperial Margarine 1/3 less fat
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 dash cayenne pepper
    3/4 cup half-and-half, fat free
    4 ounces light cream cheese softened
    1/4 cup water
    1 cup Swiss cheese, lowfat -- (4 oz) shredded
    1 cup crab
    2 tablespoon white wine


    In a saucepan at medium heat, saut mushrooms, onions and celery in butter until tender. Stir in salt and red pepper. Add cream, cream cheese and water and stir until blended. Just before the mixture starts to boil, reduce heat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Stir in crab meat (or whatever you're using) and sherry or wine. Heat through, but do not boil.

    Serve over steamed tossed broccoli. Garnish with paprika or minced parsley.

    Per Serving: 249 Calories; 15g Fat; 17g Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 67mg Cholesterol; 389mg Sodium.

    NOTES : Can use 8 ounces shrimp, or 9 ounces canned shrimp or 6 1/2 ounces canned lobster or Krab
