    List of Ingredients




    1 bag (24 oz.) frozen country-style hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, corn and red peppers, thawed
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
    2 cups fat-free half-and-half or refrigerated fat-free nondairy creamer
    1 pkg. (16 oz.) refrigerated imitation crabmeat chunks
    1/4 tsp. pepper, if desired

    Recipe



    Heat potatoes, vegetables and broth to boiling in Dutch oven, stirring occasionally; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5 min. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.
