    Hot Pepper And Garlic Shrimp

    12 Servings; 3 Points per serving

    List of Ingredients

    2 pound shrimp
    10 clove garlic clove(s)
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 serving sea salt
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice


    Pat shrimp dry. Cook garlic,red pepper flakes,and salt in oil in a 12 inch skillet over moderate low heat, stirring occasionally, until garlic is pale golden, 4-5 minutes. Increase heat to high then add shrimp and saute, turning occasionally until shrimp are just cooked through, 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, then transfer to serving bowl. Serve warm or at room temp.
