    List of Ingredients




    1 cup skim milk
    4 ham steaks, about 6 ounces each
    1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
    1/4 cup prepared horseradish

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine first 2 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a non-reactive baking dish. Turn ham to coat. Marinate 30 minutes. Drain ham and pat dry. Place breadcrumbs in a shallow platter. Dredge ham in breadcrumbs and arrange in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake 10-12 minutes or until ham is cooked throughout. Serve with horseradish.
