    4 Servings; 3 Points per serving

    List of Ingredients




    1 TB vegetable oil
    ½ tsp chili powder
    2 TB flour
    ¼ tsp salt
    4 (3 oz) ¼” thick skinless chicken breasts
    ½ cup fat-free low-sodium chicken broth
    2 TB fresh lime juice
    2 TB minced cilantro

    Recipe



    Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Mix flour, chili powder, salt in a ziplock bag. Add chicken and shake until well coated. Shake off excess and place in skillet. Saute until cooked, about 3 mins on each side. Pour broth and lime juice over chicken. Heat to serving temperature, about 30 seconds. Once on plate, spoon pan juices over chicken and sprinkle with cilantro.
