    List of Ingredients




    1 cup corn kernels (I use frozen)
    1 1/2 cups red bell pepper -- diced
    6 green onion -- sliced
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro -- chopped
    1/3 cup fresh lime juice
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    2 teaspoons ground cumin
    3 cloves garlic -- minced
    1 teaspoon salt
    4 cups cooked pasta -- (small shells)
    1/4 cup chopped shallot -- finely diced
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    14 ounces black beans, canned

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and refrigerate covered until flavors are blended, at least 1 hour.
