    6 Servings; 4 Points per serving

    List of Ingredients




    2 pound zucchini, sliced
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    10 3/4 oz Campbell's (U.S.) 98% Fat-Free Cream Of Chicken Soup
    1 cup fat-free sour cream
    1 cup carrots, grated
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 package bread stuffing dry mix

    Recipe



    Cook squash and onion in boiling water, drain well. Combine soup and sour cream, carrots, squash mixture. Melt butter, toss with stuffing mix. Spread half in bottom of 12x7 pan, add squash mixture, top with rest of stuffing mix. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
