    24 Servings ( 1 cup ); 1 Point per serving

    List of Ingredients




    12 c. water
    12 chicken bouillon cubes OR vegetable cubes
    4 carrots, sliced
    4 stalks celery, sliced
    1 bag frozen spinach, broken up
    3 zucchini, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can small white beans, cooked
    1/2 c. macaroni

    Recipe



    Put all of the ingredients in a pot and cook it for 30 minutes.


    Per serving: 70 cal, 0.5g fat, 2.5g fiber
