    4 Servings; 2 Points per serving

    List of Ingredients




    4 c nonfat chicken broth
    1 c Onion; chopped
    3 c celery; chopped
    2 potatoes; peeled and cubed
    1/2 t Salt
    1 d Cayenne pepper
    1 c 1% milk

    Recipe





    1. In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except milk. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Cool slightly.



    2. Transfer to blender and blend until smooth. Stir in milk.

    3. At this point, may be stored in refrigerator up to 1-week.

    4. Heat before serving.

    Yield: 4 servings
