List of Ingredients
2 14.5 oz cans low sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 egg -- beaten
2 tablespoons sliced scallions
Recipe
Combine Chicken Broth and corn starch in a pot and bring to a boil slowly. Stiring constantly until thinkened. Slowly drizzle in egg and circle spoon around pan once or twice to "swirl" egg as it cooks. Serve Immediately, sprinkle in scallions just before serving.
