Egg Casserole
Plan ahead, this has to be refrigerated overnight.
List of Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 6 slices bread, any kind; cubed
- 1 (10-12 oz) package smoky link sausages, sliced 1/2-in. thick
- 6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Beat the eggs until frothy, stir in the salt, pepper, dry mustard and milk. In a greased 2-quart casserole dish combine the bread cubes, sausage and cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and toss to combine throughly. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
