Egg Casserole

Plan ahead, this has to be refrigerated overnight.





List of Ingredients



• 6 eggs
  
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  
• 1 teaspoon salt
  
• 1 teaspoon pepper
  
• 2 cups milk
  
• 6 slices bread, any kind; cubed
  
• 1 (10-12 oz) package smoky link sausages, sliced 1/2-in. thick
  
• 6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  






Instructions



1. Beat the eggs until frothy, stir in the salt, pepper, dry mustard and milk. In a greased 2-quart casserole dish combine the bread cubes, sausage and cheese.
   
2. Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and toss to combine throughly. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
