    List of Ingredients


    • 16 slices firm White Bread
    • 2-1/2 cups cubed fully cooked Ham (about 1 lb)
    • 4 cups (16 oz) shredded Cheddar Cheese
    • 4 cups (16 oz) shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    • 6 Eggs
    • 3 cups whole Milk
    • 1/2 tsp dry Mustard
    • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
    • 3 cups uncrushed Corn Flakes
    • 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine, melted


    Instructions


    1. Trim crusts from bread; cut slices in half.
    2. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan and layer as follows:
    3. Cover bottom of pan with half of bread slices, half of ham, and half of each of the cheeses. Repeat layers.
    4. Combine eggs, milk, mustard and onion powder; pour over layers. Refrigerate overnight.
    5. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
    6. Combine cornflakes and butter; sprinkle over casserole.
    7. Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before cutting.
