PARMESAN BAKED POTATOES

List of Ingredients
- 6 Tblsp Butter or Margarine, melted
- 3 Tblsp grated Parmesan Cheese
- 8 medium unpeeled Red Potatoes (about 2-3/4 lbs), halved lengthwise
Instructions
- Pour melted butter into a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over butter.
- Place potatoes with cut side down over cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400 F for 40 to 45 minutes or until tender.
