    Brownies:

    1/2 cup butter
    2 squares semi-sweet chocolate
    2 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 cup flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 to 1 cup nuts

    BROWNIE ICING
    1 square unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 box confectioners sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbs. milk
    Melt chocolate and butter. Add sugar and vanilla; beat with electric mixer. Add milk to mix until spreadable. Pour over hot brownies as soon as they come out of oven.

    Brownies:

    Melt butter and chocolate in sauce pan over low heat, add eggs, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in flour, salt, baking powder and nuts. Pour into greased 9X9 pan. Bake 350 F for 25 to 30 min.
