CHOCOLATE FUDGE PIE

1 pkg ready to use piecrusts
1 bag semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 stick butter
1 cup + 2 tbs. sugar
3 eggs
3 tbs all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbs milk
GARNISH:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbs sugarRecipe
Fit one piecrust into 9 inch pie pan. HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. In saucepan, melt butter with 1 cup chocolate chips until smooth. Whisk in 1 cup sugar, the eggs, flour, salt, and vanilla. Fold in remaining 1 cup chips, pour
into pie shell. Unfold remaining piecrust, roll out to 14 inch circle, with heart shaped cookie cutter, cut out as many hearts as possible. Reroll scraps, cut more
hearts. Overlap on top of pie, covering filling to edge. Brush cutouts with milk, sprinkle with 2 tbs sugar. Bake 45 min. or until browned. Let cool.
GARNISH: Beat cream and sugar until medium peaks form. Slice pie. SERVE WITH WHIPPED CREAM.*
