List of Ingredients

4 c. apples, diced
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 c. nuts
2 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 t. soda
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt


Recipe

Mix apples and sugar well. Add oil, eggs, nuts, and vanilla. Mix together, then add rest of dry ingredients. Mix by hand and put in ungreased 9x13" pan. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Very good with creamy confectioners' sugar icing. Delicious cut in squares and topped with whipped cream. Also may be baked in 10" tube pan by adding 10 min. to
baking time.
