    ITALIAN RUM CAKE

    List of Ingredients

    Cake:

    2 ounces rum

    bodyOffer(18032) 6 eggs

    2 cups flour

    1 cup sugar

    2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1 teaspoon baking powder

    Pinch of salt


    Pudding:

    Vanilla instant pudding

    Chocolate instant pudding


    Icing:

    4 tablespoon cream

    2 cups confectioners sugar

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1 tablespoon cocoa

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9 inch round pans. In a bowl beat eggs and sugar. Then slowly add flour and baking powder, mixing. Add vanilla extract, rum and salt and mix.

    Bake for about 40 minutes.

    After cake bakes. Let it sit and cool then remove from the pans. Then take the 2 cakes and cut them, making 4 layers of the cake. Taking the puddings mixed together, spoon out a layer in between each tier of cake, piling one of top of the other. Then use the icing mix and put the icing on top of the top tier and on the sides.
