PECAN CINNAMON MUFFINS

l l/2 c. flour, sifted
l/4 c. sugar
l/4 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tsp. baking powder
l/2 tsp. salt
l/2 tsp. cinnamon
l egg; slightly beaten
l/2 c. veg oil
l/2 c. milk
l/2 c. pecans; chopped
Recipe
Sift together the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. Combine the egg, oil, and milk in a small bowl; blend well. Add all at once to the dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten. Add the pecans. Spoon batter in a greased muffin pan, filling each approx. 2/3 full. Bake at 400 oven for 20 minutes
or until golden brown.
