    REDUCED FAT PUMPKIN PIE

    List of Ingredients

    1 Prepared Pie Crust


    Filling:

    1 (15 oz.) can Pumpkin Puree
    3/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular
    2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
    1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
    1/8 tsp. Salt
    1/2 cup Fat Free Half-and-Half
    1/2 cup Egg Substitute
    3 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
    1 Tbsp. Vanilla

    Recipe

    1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
    2. Blend pumpkin puree, SPLENDA® Granular, cornstarch, spices, and salt in a medium bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    3. Pour into prepared piecrust. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set in the center and the crust is golden brown.
