BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CHICKEN BAKE

List of Ingredients

1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup leftover turkey or chicken
1 cup Minute rice
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tablespoons margarine


Recipe

Cook broccoli until barely tender. Drain. Stir soup and sour cream together. Combine with broccoli, cut up turkey or chicken, and rice. Spoon into a greased 2 qt casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Dot with margarine. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
