CHOCO KISSED COOKIES WITH PEANUT BUTTER

1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
48 foil wrapped dark or milk chocolate candies (such as Hershey's
Kisses)
Recipe
In bowl, beat butter, peanut butter, sugars, and vanilla until smooth and creamy, 3 min. beat in eggs. In 2nd bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Beat into butter mixture. Refrigerate 15 min. HEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. Roll
dough in balls. Roll each ball in 1/4 cup sugar. Transfer to ungreased baking sheet, spacing 1 inch apart. Bake 10 min. Press candy in center of each cookie. Return to oven, bake 1 min. to set. Let cool and serve.*
