    List of Ingredients




    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. cornflakes
    2 c. shredded or flaked coconut

    Recipe



    Cream sugars, butter, eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in cornflakes and coconut. Roll into balls (size of large walnut). Flatten with fork dipped in flour. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes in 350 degree oven.
