    EASY SWEET AND SOUR PORK

    List of Ingredients

    4 - 6 boneless pork chops
    18 oz. jar apricot preserves
    1 cup Italian salad dressing

    Recipe

    Place pork chops in baking dish. Spread preserves over the pork chops. Pour salad dressing over the preserves. Cover with foil and bake at 375 until tender. Serve over rice.
