    ROASTED MANGO TURKEY

    1 jar 9 oz mango chutney (thick sauce)
    1 boneless skinless turkey breast half
    2 tbs dark Asian sesame oil
    1/3 cup bottled teriyaki sauce

    HEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES. Push mango chutney through a sieve with spoon over a bowl, reserve liquid and solids separately. Make 3/4 inch deep slits in top and bottom of turkey breast, stuff slits with bits of mango solids.
    Brush top of turkey breast with 1 tbs sesame oil. Place turkey breast in roasting pan. Roast 20 min. In bowl, stir together the liquid from the chutney, the teriyaki sauce and the remaining 1 tbs. sesame oil. Remove 1/4 cup of the
    mixture for basting. RESERVE THE REMAINING MIXTURE TO SERVE WITH THE TURKEY. Reduce oven to 375 degrees. Brush turkey with basting mixture. Roast 10 min. Brush turkey with more basting mixture. Bake 10 min. more. Let turkey rest 10 min. Then slice.*
