Hot Artichoke Seafood Dip

1 Can Artichoke Hearts
1 C. Parmesan Cheese
1 C. Mayonnaise
6 oz. Frozen Crabmeat, flaked
2 T. Dry Breadcrumbs
1 T. Parsley
Recipe
Chop Artichoke hearts and combine with mayonnaise, cheese, and crabmeat, mixing well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased shallow 1 quart casserole. Microwave at Medium power for 1 1/2 mins. Stir well. Microwave at Medium power for 6 to 7 mins. stirring every 1 1/2 mins. until hot. Combine breadcrumbs and parsley, and sprinkle on top. Microwave at medium for 45 seconds. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
