Large Mushroom Caps
Wine
1 1/2 C. Crabmeat
Margarine
1 Egg
Salt, Pepper
Few Bread crumbs
A Little Wine
Recipe
Saute mushroom caps in margarine and wine until tender. Mix crabmeat, egg, salt, pepper, a few bread crumbs and a little wine together. Fill mushroom caps with crabmeat mixture. Place on a cookie sheet and broil until golden brown.
