    Pumpkin Pecan Pie
    Ingredients: XXT
    Unbaked 9" pie shell

    1 Large egg, slightly beaten
    1 C Pumpkin purée (fresh cooked or canned)
    1/3 C Sugar
    1 T Heavy cream, Half and Half or whole milk
    1/2 t Ground cinnamon (rounded 1/2 teaspoon)
    1/4 t Ground nutmeg
    1/4 t Ground ginger

    2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
    2/3 C Light corn syrup (Karo)
    1/2 C Sugar
    3 T Butter, melted
    1/2 t Vanilla
    1 C Chopped pecans
    Directions:
    Preheat oven to 375°F.

    Pumpkin Layer:

    Combine 1 egg, pumpkin, 1/3 cup sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Spread gently over bottom of unbaked pie shell.

    Pecan Layer:

    Combine 2 eggs, corn syrup, 1/2 cup sugar, butter and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Pour carefully over pecan layer in pie shell.

    Bake in 375°F oven for 50 minutes.
