    Pepsi Pot Roast

    Pepsi Pot Roast
    3 lb - 4 lbs. roast; trimmed - (almost any kind will do)
    12 oz Pepsi
    1 can Cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 oz)
    1 pk dry onion soup mix
    1 garlic clove, minced (opt'l)

    Place roast in roasting pan that can be covered tightly. Pour Pepsi over roast. Mix soups and garlic together. Spread evenly over roast. Cover tightly.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 3-4 hours.



    Note: I used a can of Campbells Garlic and Mushroom cream soup. The roast I use is a Blade Pot Roast.
