    Heat Oven to 450°
    1 1/3 Cups - Sifted All purpose flour
    1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
    1/3 cup Plus 2 Tablespoons Plus 1 1/2 Teaspoon
    Crisco Shortening -- Divided
    1 Egg
    1 teaspoon White Vinegar
    2 Tablespoons Very Cold Water

    Heat Oven to 450°

    Combine Flour, & Salt in a medium bowl. Cut in 1/3 cup Crisco using pastry blender or 2 knives. Cut in remaining 2 Tablespoons plus 1 1/2 Teaspoons until all flour is blended in - to form pea size chunks.

    Combine Egg and Vinegar. Add half of Mixture to Shortening mixture. (cover and refrigerate remainder for later use)

    Stir with Fork until blended. Sprinkle with Cold Water, 1 Tablespoon at a time. Toss lightly with Fork until dough will form a Ball.

    Press between Hands to form a 5 to 6 inch "Pancake."

    Lightly Flour Surface and Rolling pin. Roll dough into a circle. Trim 1 inch larger than upside down 9 or 9 1/2 inch deep dish pie plate.

    Loosen dough carefully. Fold into quarters. Unfold and press into pie plate. Trim 1/2 inch beyond edge of Pie Plate.

    Fold edge under; Flute. Prick bottom and sides thoroughly with fork ( 50 times) to prevent shrinkage.

    Bake at 450° 10 minutes or until Golden Brown.

    Cool to room temperature.
