    3 Cups All Purpose Flour

    Recipe

    Pre-heat oven to 350°

Beat 2 cups sugar, Margarine, Coconut and Vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed.

Stir in Flour, Baking Soda and Salt.

Shape dough by rounded teaspoon fulls into balls. Place 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Press bottom of glass or cookie stamp into dough to grease, then dip into sugar. Press on shaped dough to flatten slightly.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.

Let cookies sit for a couple of minutes on cookie sheet before moving to wire rack. It goes better that way.
