    This is very good. Gets Rave reviews, and people ask for the recipe. I suggest doubling it, and serve out of a Crock Pot.

    List of Ingredients

    8oz cream cheese
    16oz sour cream
    12oz shredded Swiss cheese
    15oz sauerdraut
    8oz shredded corned beef -- (1/2 lb)
    Pumpernickel bread

    Recipe



    Stir all ingredients together; warm in microwave. Serve with pumpernickel bread.
