Healthier Chicken Marsala

4 skinless -- bonelss chicken breast
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tblsp olive oil
1 tblsp butter
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup marsala wine.
Recipe
In a medium bowl, mix flour, garlic salt, pepper and oregano. Set aside.
heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until fat bubbles. Dredge cheickn in flour mixture and shake off excess. Fry in skillet for 2 mins or until lightly browned on first side.
turn chicken over and add mushroooms. Cook about 2 mins. , until other side of chicken is lightly browned, Stir in mushrooms so that they cook evenly. Add Marsala wine. cover skillet, turn heat and low and simmer for 10 minutes.
* The chicken turns out so moist!!!!! Enjoy.
Serves 4 - but can be expanded easily
