    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/4 cups plain nonfat yogurt
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
    • 2 drops hot pepper sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt


    Instructions


    1. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, chives, hot pepper sauce, and salt.

    2. Serve now, or refrigerate in a tightly covered container for up to 2 days.

    3. Takes 2 minutes to make, yields 1 1/4 Cups makes 8 servings.
