    Chunky Mushroom Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 pound sliced Mushroom
    1/2 clove Garlic
    1 teaspoon Butter
    2 teaspoons Cornstarch
    1 cup Low sodium beef broth
    1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper -- combined
    2 green onion -- chopped

    Recipe




    Add all ingredients, except cornstarch and broth to a microwaveable bowl.

    In a small bowl mix cornstarch and broth until well combined.

    Pour over vegetable mixture.

    cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes.

    Stir, then microwave another 3 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and sauce transparent.

    "2 1/2 Cups"

    NOTES : Use as a topping for meat, chicken, or even potatoes.
    For a different flavor use chicken broth and add taragon for topping chicken.
    Recipe easily adjusts for a larger size.
