Smoked Burgers for Winter or Summer indoors
List of Ingredients
6 1/4 pound Hambergur patties
1 Tablespoon Hickory smoking chips
Recipe
Form 6 - 1/4 pound Hamburger patties.
season to taste
Prepare the smoker by lining the drip pan with foil and placing 1 Tablespoon of Hickory smoking chips in bottom of pan and placing drip pan over them, then add the meat rack and place the Hamburger Patties on the rack.
Smoke over medium heat for 20 Minutes.
If you want Cheese Burgers add a slice of Cheddar and an Onion slice too if you would like that in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
