    2 pounds Zucchini -- Sliced 1/4" thick
    4 cloves Garlic
    1/4 cup Olive oil
    1 teaspoon Sea Salt
    1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
    1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
    1 Medium Onion -- Diced

    Recipe





    In a large skillet, Saute the Zucchini, onion, and garlic in oil until Zucchini is crisp - tender, about 5 minutes.

    Sprinkle with seasonings.

    Serve right away when done.
