    2 1/2 oz brandy
    1 oz light rum
    4 oz apple juice
    1/2 oz lime juice
    1 tsp dark rum
    1 slice lime

    Recipe



    Shake all but the dark rum and lime slice with ice. Strain into a tall 14 ounce glass. Add ice to fill glass, stir,and float the dark rum on top. Garnish with lime slice.
