List of Ingredients

four quarts dandelion flowers, all of stem removed
four quarts boiling water
one cake yeast
three pounds sugar
three oranges, diced
three lemons, diced


Recipe

Pour boiling water over flowers and allow to stand for three days. Strain and add rest of ingredients. Let stand three weeks until fermented. Strain, bottle and seal. Makes eight pints
